Chief Architect
I serve as Chief Architect at HEAL Group Holdings, overseeing the technical direction across the organization's portfolio of health-tech companies.
In practice, this is a CTO-level role: setting technical strategy, leading engineering teams, and making architectural decisions that span multiple product lines. The title itself is an honorific, given by the family office's principal — an architect and engineer by training — who chose the term deliberately. In Korean business culture, titles carry meaning beyond the organizational chart, and this one reflects both the nature of the work and the relationship.
Separately, I also serve as CTO of HEAL Access, one of the portfolio companies, where I lead the engineering team directly.
